Shipping Policies

Shipping:

Standard shipping on most orders is approximately 5-7 days. Some items require additional shipping time such as custom orders. For all USA addresses, our preferred shipping method is USPS. We will provide a tracking number for all orders except 1st class mail.

We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses or PO Boxes. Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order

Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to let you know when a re-attempt will be made and/or where you can pick-up your package. There will be no re-shipping arrangements made in the event your package is returned for wrong address, incomplete address, and/or returned due to unavailability Shipping time varies by location.
