We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.
If you’re returning an item due to a change of mind, the return shipping cost will be your responsibility. We recommend using registered mail with tracking for added security. Please note that we are unable to process returns that have not been authorized in advance.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us right away if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, so we can assess the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the original item first. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item separately.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund can be issued to your original payment method or store credit (your choice) within 10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
